One day a couple of stupid kids stole it. They walked it about 2 blocks away when someone confronted them about it being stole. They dropped it on its die and it sat for 2 days before it was eventually picked up by a tow truck and towed away. Now I have it back and for some reason it won't start. It had sat in my garage for over a year now. So, recently I have started trying to figure out what is wrong. I have figured out that it does not spark. I eventually made a small amount of progress, finding that the kill switch was indeed malfunctioning. After taking it apart, I found the inside parts had melted.( I assume from the little kids leaving it powered on while it sat on its side for two days) Anyway. I have fixed the switch and I have power now going to the spark coil. When the kill switch is on, I have 6 volts Going to the coil. So I accidentally took my 2012 Honda Civic on a off roading adventure the other day (don't ask, long story lol) Drove through a shallow body of water about 1/2 foot deep and went up and down a moderately steep gravel road with lots of rocks for about a quarter of a mile or so. I didn't floor it or drive through any crazy rough terrain like over insanely huge rocks or potholes or anything, I drove as steady and conscientious as possible and got back on to the main road as soon as I could. In all it was a 15 minute off-road detour. My front license plate is bent a little from driving with low suspension and my car def needs a car wash but otherwise my car has been driving on the freeway for almost 100 miles since then smoothly with no issues. I realized my power steering is leaking but I'm not sure where from. I'm assuming it's my rack and pinion. Long story My boyfriend of two years and I just had a baby in February and lived together since October 2016. In December he got my car impounded for getting a DUI. He said he would get it out but never did… It's gone and he hasn't even given me a dollar for it. It was a paid off working older Honda but it was in working condition. I overhear him talking to his friend a few weeks ago about how he wanted to go to Vegas and have five or six naked hoes and how he wanted to party with them. Ok dude we're 33 years old. (Have asked this before, just trying to get more answers) Alright, I've done much research and I believe I have narrowed it down to 1998-2004 (ish) Honda CR-V, 1998-2003 (ish) Subaru Outback, or 2007 (ish) Chevy Malibu or impala. Now what I want to know is details of each, pros cons ect. Not from google, from personal experience. I've read a lot about the Subaru having head gasket issues, leaks, and abnormal gas/oil consumption. I've also read a lot about the Honda having timing belt issues, and sometimes transmission issues. Although I haven't read many complaints about the Chevy. I know they're not known to last as long as Honda, Subaru. So are these issues very common? What are the odds of them happening? Which one is more prone to issues? Ect ect. Also no matter the one I choose, it will most likely be purchased with above 130k miles. I just bought a Honda CG 2002 124cc bike. I have a CBT. I have no NCB and have not driven a car or bike before (but have had a provisional license for 5 years). I live in London. The bike will be kept in a driveway and used for commuting to work. Given all of this, the lowest insurance quote I'm getting is £1780 p/a on any of the major comparison websites. So, I have a 2000 honda accord sedan with the v6 engine. It was overheating, so I replaced the thermostat. That was a year ago. I noticed that there was some gunk in the tubes but because I'm a n00b I left it and didn't think much of it. It was still overheating in the summer, so I just made do the best I could. Then comes winter, not overheating much (gotta love Montana winters) but alas, the heater doesn't work. The tube going into the heater core is hot and the one coming out is cold. Which doesn't make sense, because it wasn't plugged up anyways and it's not leaking. Anyways, fast forward, I try to empty my cooling system so I can do a complete flush, and only a half a gallon of coolant comes out of the radiator. Only a half a gallon goes back in too. It's supposed to hold 3 gallons. I don't really want to mess around fixing 10 different things, does anyone know what really needs to be fixed or replaced? I have a 1999 Honda accord that has a lot of kilometres on it. Its very reliable for most part because I maintain it. However, I have hard time passing the emission test because the check engine light keeps coming back on. I always have to spend mine on repairs to clear it so I can pass the emission test. Now this Gas gauge, pedometer and the display to show the mileage stopped working. I still drive it for now but I know these things will make it fail for emission test I got approve for line of credit for my bank for $41,000 so I could get a brand-new car even if I wanted to. Hard to go into neutral. It just skip past neutral and go to second & it seems like the only way for me to go to neutral his if I shut the bike off. Even if I try to shift from 1st to neutral really slow it still jumps to second. I used to drive it often and the only problems would really be the check engine and maint reqd on the dash. About a week ago the SRS started to come on and flash too, the brake light, brake lamp light, and 4 doors opened on the car would also come on and flash I think. Also the ABS eventually started to as well. I noticed reving into higher rpms triggered some action on it sometimes. I drove it last night to pick up grocery and it seemed longer to start barely starting both times and it usually wouldn't be like that at all to me. Also turning it on and driving it home it started acting up worse electrically like I felt next time I try it won't start. Upon starting he fans blew at odd pressures, the headlights were like flashing and it overall acted weird when I started it that time. I'm new to motorcycles. I'm 6'4 and weigh 350 pounds. My Girlfriend weighs around 150. We will normally be riding it together so I need a motorcycle that can easily handle 500 pounds on it at highway speeds. I'm interested in the Honda VTX 1300. Would that be enough? Could I go with a lower cc engine and still handle 70 mph easily enough with 500 pounds? Added (1). Would a 750 cc engine be enough? Also considering a shadow aero that I'm looking at. I like the Honda's and I hear they are reliable. Added (2). I'm rejetting my 2006 Honda Crf250x and I'm having trouble getting the Pilot jet out. It turns freely with a flat head screwdriver and if I tip the carb upside down it will fall partly out, but I can't get it to come all the way out even if I pull on it with a pair of tweezers. I can't take the float bowl off at the moment because the previous owners has mangled the heads of the screws. Does anyone know what the jet could be catching on or have any suggestions? I recently bought a used car from a Dealership in San Diego 2 hours away with 3000 miles or 3 months warranty and after the third day the transmission started jerking and slipping. I then called the dealership and explain the problems he then said to take it to Honda for a diagnostic. So I took the car to Honda and they told me that the transmission was bad. The dealer than compensated me with the diagnostic fee. When I took them the car to get fixed from their own mechanic the car had 500 Miles more for the warranty and they told me to come back and about two to three days but that they would call me first so then after they called me three days later that they replace the transmission but before they replaced it they had called me and told me that the transmission was good but that they replace it anyways. So I drove out there 2 hours away have to miss two days of work to find out after inspecting the vehicle that they never change the transmission. It has the same stain under the tr...

So I own a 97 Honda Shadow 600 vlx, 11,000 miles it's got some werid problems. So it's been misfiring when underlow rpm usually when going up a steep hill in to high of a gear or sometimes coming from a stop. Also one morning the headlights started to get really dim like it wasn't charging. My voltages are really werid too. At low idle the voltage reads 12.8v. At high idle with choke on the voltage reads 14.4v. If I rev it higher the voltage drops to 13.5v. So I really want to mod my car but I'm not so sure because j search up online to buy a supercharger kit for example or any mod in general and i can't really find any "specific fit" for it.
