How many cc engine do I need?

I'm new to motorcycles. I'm 6'4 and weigh 350 pounds. My Girlfriend weighs around 150. We will normally be riding it together so I need a motorcycle that can easily handle 500 pounds on it at highway speeds. I'm interested in the Honda VTX 1300. Would that be enough? Could I go with a lower cc engine and still handle 70 mph easily enough with 500 pounds?
Added (1). Would a 750 cc engine be enough? Also considering a shadow aero that I'm looking at. I like the Honda's and I hear they are reliable.
Added (2). I'm looking to spend as little as possible because I do not have much money to spend right now, but other good motorcycle recommendations are welcome.

Honda civic 07 plate Air Con problems?

I have an 07 plate Honda civic, I just had the air con recharge done today. The mechanic says there's no leaks and the gas is staying in but air won't blow cold. The engine is working as it should and the air is blowing but it's staying warm. Does anyone have any suggestions what it can be that's causing the air to stay warm. Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in?
