I purchased a new 2016 Honda Civic Touring and there is a subwoofer rattle issue?

Ok, so I love my new car so far. However most songs that play make the back end of the car rattle like crazy if I have the subwoofer turned up. I took it back to the Honda dealership and they just recommend that I keep the subwoofer setting all the way down to fix the problem. That works and all however that doesn't really fix the problem because I didn't buy the Touring model with the 450 watt sound system with subwoofer to not even use it. That would be silly. So that being the case, I'm planning on bringing it back into the dealership to have them fix the rattle without playing with my sound settings. So what is the right way to explain this to the dealership to have them fix it? Do I need to tell them to insulate it or something? Any help on this issue would be very much appreciated it! Thank you!
