Car won't start and the battery is fine?

2005 honda accord ex-l. New battery was placed 1 year ago. Multimeter says it has a charge of 12.85v. The terminals were also recently replaced. My alternator was placed 1 year ago. Today I installed a new water pump and the car was running normal. I took the alternator out to test it and after placing it back and installing the serpentine belt, my car had no power. My lights won't turn on and it won't make a sound when turning the ignition. There is no crank and zero dash lightd. All the wires seem to be fine and in place. I tried jump starting and still nothing. My battery still reads 12.85v. The terminals are on tightly and the area is clean. What else can this be?
