Why do motorcycle regulators have prop 65 California cancer warnings?

I just ordered a regulator for my honda cbr600rr and I noticed something weird, some of them from all kinds of different companies have the california prop 65 cancer warning, some don't, some say "may" have chemicals that cause cancer, some say "do" have them? What's really going on? So some companies just not put the label up but it still applies? Are some made differently?

Motorcycle engine running very hot?

I own a Honda cb125f which I purchased new in Feb 2017. A few days ago I noticed while on the bike I void feel the heat from the engine through my boots and on my leg, when I got home I checked it and could feel the heat with my hand a good 6/7inches away from the engine, and could only manage about half a second touching the engine itself. Conditions that day were mild but a high chilly wind, and had riden the bike about 8miles and was stuck in traffic for only a few minutes. Since then It seems the engine gets hot very quick even on small journeys. I use my bike for work and travel about 2.5miles. Even the exhaust doesn't get anywhere near as hot as the engine. Was woudnering what be causing this? Fuel filter leaking after replacement?

I have a 1996 Honda Accord, the fuel filter was dirty so my boyfriend decided to change it. Now sometimes the gas sprays or leaks in the new filter also leaking from the washers as well. We used a flare wrench and tried tightening it for hours. Put the old fuel filter on and it still does it, and old washers and still does it. What could possibly be causing this? How can I stop water from flowing back into my Honda WB30 Water Pump 1100 LPM 80mm Outlet when the heavy duty hose attached gets blocked?

I have a 1000l take of water attached to a Honda WB30 Water Pump 1100 LPM 80mm Outlet, alongside a heavy duty hose I use to water window boxes around London. When I park up the van and have to cross the road to water certain jobs, the pipe is occasionally temporarily blocked when a car runs over the hose pipe. This sends water back to the pump, and eventually breaks it. What can I do to stop the water/ pressure breaking the pump?
