What to do when car is hit by a bicycle with no owner and no witnesses?

I was driving down hill and to my left I noticed something coming down fast with me. I then realized it was a bicycle zooming down with NO owner and it swerved right in front of my car and I tried to brake but the bike swerved too fast into my lane and I hit it. There was a random kid who saw but walked away. Luckily there was no huge damage, but right above the headlight of my car (which is a lease) the handle of the bicycle jabbed into the hood and scratched up the metal and paint. There's literally a small slit hole but the size of a quarter. I have honda collision coverage to cover dings, dents, and scratches. Would that cover it or do I need to go to a mechanic to get it fixed? And would anyone know how much it would cost? Thanks
