1980 honda cb750 insurance cost for 18 year old?

I'm planning on getting a honda cb550-750 from 1970-1980 to turn into a cafe racer.

Without doing any quotes, can anyone give a reasonable estimate on insurance cost?

It won't be daily driven, little miles per year, and is over 25 years old.

Also I'm 18, but can it be insured under my father and I can still use it?

Vehicle emissions test after new battery install on a 2006 Honda Civic?

Hi guys, The last time I had my battery replaced the emissions data failed to register and after 3 failed and inconvenient attempts at the testing site, I ended up shelling out $130 at a repair shop to have the reset done after which the car passed the emissions test. I m in the same situation a few years later now, the battery was recently replaced and I need to get The emissions tested again. I ve read on some threads there's a fuse that can be pulled and replaced after 30 seconds, is that something I can do myself to ensure a successful emissions test without having to spend all that money at a repair shop? Can I teach my sister how to drive even though I'm under 21?

I'm 18 and my sister is 17. She currently is learning how to drive so she can get her license. She took her road test once and failed, so she's taking it again soon. My dad drives a Mercedes and i drive a Honda Civic. Since my dad is always busy at work, he never has the time to teach my sister how to drive. Instead, he wants me to sit in the passenger seat while my sister drives. The thing is that you have to be over 21 to do that, correct? I told him that I'm 18 and I'm not going to do it and all he did was yelled at me. He called me selfish and blah blah blah. He said "just drive slow and the police won't get you".
