Power window on passengers side won't go up/down. Replaced window regulator and fuses

Both drivers side and passenger side switch will NOT move the window.Help!

Manual vs automatic?

I've driven both. I still prefer automatic. Don't get me wrong manual is fun to drive but it's not as fast or not very practical anymore. What's your opinion on both? If you could choose one over the other which would you choose. I have a manual but it's way harder work for little return. I just don't see it. I'm thinking of getting an automatic.
