I got into a car accident?

So I was going to a friends house and I got into a accident, I'm fine, a little sore from falling but pretty good. According to Police report "Vehicle 1 is a 2017 Honda Civic. Vehicle 2 is a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban. Vehicle 1 parked northbound on a southbound lane in a residential neighborhood. The driver of Vehicle 1 was exiting the vehicle when Vehicle 2 collided with the Right fender. Driver of vehicle 2 claims vehicle 1 swerved into his lane and vehicle 2 could not avoid the collision. I do not suspect any alcohol/drug consumption. I estimate vehicle 1 to have sustained $500 worth of damage and vehicle 2 to have sustained $1,500 worth of damage. No citations were given." What exactly does this mean? I have full coverage, will my rates increase? Can their insurance company sue me? Am I at fault?
Added (1). Yeah I was only slightly injured from standing behind the door when the car was hit.
