Should I Buy a 2012 honda with 94k miles?

I have found a car at a Carmax dealer, Its a white 2012 Honda Accord ex-l fully loaded for $13,998 . It looks smack brand new no scratches or anything. Did a test drive its rides smooth and engine sounds great! I Labsolutely LOVE it but it has 94,000 Miles on it. Should I get it or keep looking.

Loss of power in Low RPM?

Hey guys, I ride a 2011 CBR 250R，Recently I have been having a problem with losing power during first and second gears around the low-mid RPM's. It happens when I accelerate at a quicker speed it feels like the power cuts (which engine braking occurs) and then it accelerates again after 1 or 2 seconds. It usually occurs when I have 1 or 2 bars of fuel left so i believe it might be a problem with the fuel or petrol. I have been filling my tank with the normal petrol required at well known gas stations in my area. I have recently had this problem but after servicing the motorcycle (a few weeks ago), it was a problem with the air filter being very clogged and dirty, after servicing it was fine, and then this started happening recently. anyone have any idea what the problem is? What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Any more answers i was checking out that video then checked and notice newer cars don't use the coolant anymore so what's the deal we have to go back to inferior coolant i've read it eats the seals in cars? Fuel filter leaking after replacement?

I have a 1996 Honda Accord, the fuel filter was dirty so my boyfriend decided to change it. Now sometimes the gas sprays or leaks in the new filter also leaking from the washers as well. We used a flare wrench and tried tightening it for hours. Put the old fuel filter on and it still does it, and old washers and still does it. What could possibly be causing this?
