Is Mobil 1 a good oil to use?

Like on any Honda, Nissan, Chevy is it good? I used the 5W-30 version on my last oil change earlier this month. I did it at a Nissan dealer. He offered the cheaper conventional oil but my personal mechanic I had in the past suggested to always get Mobil 1. The conventional oil was $50 cheaper than Mobil 1.

Does it run better with your car? My friend said its a scam and he rarely gets oil changes. He leases a car for 1 year every year so he never really does oil changes.

BQ: Would mobile 1 work on a Rolls Royce?

What are the disadvantage of the AWD 2018 Honda Civic Type R?

I'm thinking of buying a new car but it has to be fuel efficient, yet powerful. The Type R Civic caught my eyes all thanks to its all angular and sleek designs, DRL lights, modern engine technology and the use of a thinner grade oil that I assume will improve engine performance and fuel economy. I'm assuming it will have great fuel economy due to its turbocharged engine and the transmission mounted next to he engine, despite it being an all wheel drive. Are the new generation Honda Civics all that good?

I'm talking about the ones from 2017-2019 Everytime I got out on a drive I see maybe 10-15 Civics mostly black ones the LX or EX models. I even see a lot of Uber cars that are civics. My friend said they are cheap which is why people get them but they are also reliable and have outstanding fuel economy. BQ: What kind of car are you driving?
