Car won't start and the battery is fine?

2005 honda accord ex-l. New battery was placed 1 year ago. Multimeter says it has a charge of 12.85v. The terminals were also recently replaced. My alternator was placed 1 year ago. Today I installed a new water pump and the car was running normal. I took the alternator out to test it and after placing it back and installing the serpentine belt, my car had no power. My lights won't turn on and it won't make a sound when turning the ignition. There is no crank and zero dash lightd. All the wires seem to be fine and in place. I tried jump starting and still nothing. My battery still reads 12.85v. The terminals are on tightly and the area is clean. What else can this be? Read more: Car won't start and the battery is fine?

Performance clutch vs OEM? Pros and cons please? - 1

So the time came for me to replace the clutch in my 1995 honda civic I brought it to a guy my family knows who does our cars for a low price and doesn't cut corners but he asked if I wanted a performance clutch I asked if they're more durable than oem and he saI'd yes so I said sure why not. I heard it makes the clutch pedal a little harder to press down, but I think I can handle it. I rarely drive in stop and go traffic so hopefully its not too bad. Best Cars Under 15k?

Hello, I'm turning 16 soon and I have about 17k saved up. I have insurance and gas money planned out, so I will spend 15k or less on a car. I searched through YouTube, but they only recommended older sportier cars, but I want something more simple and newer. However, I'm not a big fan of Toyota camrys and Honda Civics, as I'm not a big fan of "family cars." (Also, my parents have both of them). I prefer something like the Chevy Malibu or Chrysler 200.
