2018 Honda Civic - Waking up to windows being down?

Last night I turned my car off, heard a weird beep, a red light on the left side of the dash flashed a few times (looks like a theft light although I've never seen it before) then my 4-ways flashed a couple times. This lasted for like 6 seconds then stopped so I proceeded to lock my car and went inside.

I woke up this morning to all four of my windows down. I'm reading online that this has happened to people who have accidentally held their unlock button too long on their fob but I didn't do that last night and it doesn't explain the beeping and flashing lights before I even got out of my car. It's a brand new off the lot 2018 Civic.

Any ideas?

Am I becoming a Biker?

I go up to my ears in debt on a Harley when Honda ran fine. I want every patch I see (except Dirty ones). I spend more more time at club activities than Church. Honda Civic LX 1998. Should I keep or try to sell?

So I have a Honda Civic LX. She is 20 years old with about 70,200 miles on her. I bought the car from my grandma about two years ago with about 50,000 miles on her. My sister and I both learned how to drive on her. My grandma drove the car very little in its first 18 years. Since buying her, I Drive it daily to and from work, sometimes twice a day. I usually drive between 8-20miles a day, give or take some. Since buying her two years ago these are the repairs I have gotten done - new muffler - some new belts (not quite sure what they were called - new radiator and water pump - new timing belt (And possibly another thing or two, just can't think of it all) She is now making a rattle sound in certain rpms and a buzzing sound when accelerating. I'm going to take her a mechanic this week, but i'm guessing she needs a new exhaust system/catalytic converters. In your thoughts and opinions, should I spend the money to get her fixed? Brand new Honda Civic: weird sound on startup?

Brand new Honda Civic: weird sound on startup? Added (1). I recently bought a new 2019 Civic, and it makes a weird "pew-pew-pew" noise when the engine starts, like a tiny sci-fi laser gun being fired. (Video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RnIg7UzsQZj2jKca40xbA7bKvXidSxFX/view) It goes off about 10 times in quick sequence right after the engine is started. Back of the cars rattles because of bass?
