Is my motorbike mot exempt?

I have a 1984 Honda MTX 50 motorbike/moped, I know that it is tax exempt however I'm not sure if it is mot exempt, I read somewhere that if it has had no major body modifications or repairs it is mot expemt after 34 years and my bike is 34 years old, if anyone knows would be helpful. This is in the uk by the way
