How much am i looking at for insurance?

Please don't make any rude comments because i've already had a lot of time to think abut my mistake, but i'm 19 years old with a pending dui. I'm working towards getting privileges but in order to do that i need a car and insurance, and i'm not sure if it depends on the type of insurance you have or what but i wrecked into a fire hydrant and i was with all state at the time, and it's about 5 grand to pay the fire hydrant off, not to mention i was a high risk driver. I don't have a new car yet and i know insurance depends on the type of car but let's just say it's a basic four door car, like a honda civic for example. I'm just looking for the general amount i'd be looking at. Thank you in advance

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
