08 honda crv weird idle?

My crv kind of idles up and down on it's own, not alot but I notice it. When I'm driving when I let of the throttle I ll feel it do these little jerks. I'm not sure what's going on but I don't want my car to break down

What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Any more answers i was checking out that video then checked and notice newer cars don't use the coolant anymore so what's the deal we have to go back to inferior coolant i've read it eats the seals in cars?
