I won a car, from this contest i signed up for is this legit?

I was at a movie theater a few weeks ago and there was a thing to sing up to win a 2018 Honda Accord and I got an email and also a phone call saying that I won and to call them back and stuff to get the car, should I trust them or are these things fake? I'm scared.
