What's the cheapest and most affective way to boost the power of a 1998 honda accord?

Looking to get a little more power out of my 98 honda accord. By no means am I trying to make it a rice-rocket or any sort of streetracer, everything else is stock and will stay that way.

Its just the passing power is so bad! Getting on the freeway takes almost all its got.

I would really just like to get a little more out of it as cheap as possible and without doing any sort of extreme mods on it. I was thinking maybe a turbo?

Honda civic 07 plate Air Con problems?

I have an 07 plate Honda civic, I just had the air con recharge done today. The mechanic says there's no leaks and the gas is staying in but air won't blow cold. The engine is working as it should and the air is blowing but it's staying warm. Does anyone have any suggestions what it can be that's causing the air to stay warm. Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in?
