Car air conditioning cool but not cold?

2001 honda accord. The AC is blowing cold but not cold enough to the point if its over 90 degrees its better to have the window open. I recharged the freon, gauges say everything is good, compressor works perfectly, both condenser fans work perfectly. The only other possible cause I found was the cabin air filter needing replacement. The process for even checking the filter is complicated on my car and I do not have the expertise to check. Is it worth disassembling the dash to check if its the cabin air filter?

Can I teach my sister how to drive even though I'm under 21?

I'm 18 and my sister is 17. She currently is learning how to drive so she can get her license. She took her road test once and failed, so she's taking it again soon. My dad drives a Mercedes and i drive a Honda Civic. Since my dad is always busy at work, he never has the time to teach my sister how to drive. Instead, he wants me to sit in the passenger seat while my sister drives. The thing is that you have to be over 21 to do that, correct? I told him that I'm 18 and I'm not going to do it and all he did was yelled at me. He called me selfish and blah blah blah. He said "just drive slow and the police won't get you". Car starting problem?

I have a 2001 Honda Civic and it runs great but just recently it won't start & I have to pump the gas to get it to start and if that doesn't work I get a jump from someone. The fuel pump has been changed the other day and so has the fuel pump relay switch. But I'm still having the same problem. It has 191k miles. How do I know if my car value has dropped and how much it has dropped?

I bought a new car on June this year, and 2 weeks ago, an incident happened and the car was damaged pretty bad. The car has been fixed and now it looks like new. The incident is not my fault, and I believe it is cause by a defect of the car itself even if the maker, which is Honda, denied it. I probably need a lawyer to talk to them but that is another topic. Now as the car has been repaired once, how do I know if t he car value has dropped? And how much it has dropped. Is there any place I can take the car and evaluate how much its value is? Added (1). The reason I'm asking the questions is that I plan to ask Honda to pay for my financial damage, including the depreciation of the car, my rental car, my insurance deduction, and so on. I have specific numbers for all the others except the depreciation of the car. That is why I want to know if there's anyway to find out.
