The anti-theft light does not blink. I was thinking that it could be the fuse, but so far every fuse problem I have seen has said that the anti-theft light does blink when the fuse is broken. Could it still be the fuse? (#8 in interior fuse box) Or is there something else? If you have had this problem in a 2001-2005 Civic, please let me know!
