What is the maximum speed my car and cruise at in terms of rpms for an indefinite period of time without risking problems?

My car is a 2003 Honda Element with 4wd automatic. The car has 160 hp with 161 ft lbs of torque. It redlines at 6500 rpms. At want maximum RPM can this car sit at and still last me 300,000 to 400,000 miles? Can it cruise 4,000 rpms with no problems and still last me up to 300,000 - 400,000 miles or chances are it won't and it would overheat?

Honda civic 07 plate Air Con problems?

I have an 07 plate Honda civic, I just had the air con recharge done today. The mechanic says there's no leaks and the gas is staying in but air won't blow cold. The engine is working as it should and the air is blowing but it's staying warm. Does anyone have any suggestions what it can be that's causing the air to stay warm. Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in?
