My 2010 honda civic's armrest is broken. It's not the latch that locks the armrest, but it's the hinge that makes it go up and down?

The entire back hinge of the armrest broke off so now the back of it is exposed which is a safety hazard and just looks terrible. I want to get it fixed, but I have no idea if it can be fixed or where to take it. If anyone could give me any ideas on what kind of shop could fix this for me that would be great. I feel like I'm a burden being a girl who calls around town all of the time trying to get car issues fixed because I don't know exactly who specializes in these things. Thanks!

What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
