Is this car supposed to sound this way? Its a turbo civic del sol 1995 for sale on Craigslist in NC. The motor seems to have a tick?

I'm looking at a 95 civic del sol turbocharged for sale for only $3500 seems like a really good deal except in the video the motor seems to be ticking at idle its very loud and I texted the guy about it he said that its normal because its a built motor with lowered compression. Anyone know about built Hondas can verify is this true? Here is the craigslist ad and the youtube video of it (which is also linked in the ad)

Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
