2001 Honda Accord, 216,000 miles: What is causing the roaring slight vibration especially when accerating?

2001 Honda Accord, 4D,216,000 miles: just had a couple of seals beneath motor replaced (slight oil drip when parked overnight) along with water pump, and timing belt. There's a slight vibrating roar now, especially when I accelerate. It was never this roaring before.

Can it be a timing belt is somehow not adjusted correctly?
