05 Honda Rebal 250 . Fueling Problem?

Started my Motorcycle but forgot to turn on the fuel line. Once I notice I forgot I turned it on then got on it and started driving down the road. Then when I was at a stop light it started to bog down. I put the choke on and then it stalled out. Now it want start and if i turn the fuel line on fuel streams out of the over flow lines from the bottom of the bike. The bike turns over fine. Sounds like is getting spark. Just no fuel. The only thing I can think is that the carb is clogged. Please help. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Any more answers i was checking out that video then checked and notice newer cars don't use the coolant anymore so what's the deal we have to go back to inferior coolant i've read it eats the seals in cars? Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
