I have 2002 Honda cr-v. For A/C 1. Why a/c clutch engaging and disengaging on my cr-v? 2. Do I need to change high pressure valve?

I have 2002 Honda cr-v. My car A/C is not working good. A/C clutch engaging and disengaging problem. When a/c clutch engage that time Freon pressure is 30 PSI at Low side and when a/c clutch disengage at that time Freon pressure is 100 psi at Low side. On compressor has high pressure relief valve. Sometime high pressure relief valve open and Freon is coming from high pressure valve. I have HS-110R Keihin compressor on my cr-v. High pressure valve p/n: 38801-PCA-006 ( Valve sub. Assembly… From Honda dealer )
My questions:
1. Why a/c clutch engaging and disengaging on my cr-v?
2. Do I need to change high pressure valve?

Honda civic 07 plate Air Con problems?

I have an 07 plate Honda civic, I just had the air con recharge done today. The mechanic says there's no leaks and the gas is staying in but air won't blow cold. The engine is working as it should and the air is blowing but it's staying warm. Does anyone have any suggestions what it can be that's causing the air to stay warm. Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in?
