How fast is the 03 Honda Element awd element with the automatic from 0-60?

Is it a slow car for a normal 4 cylinder? Can it cruise comfortably at 85 mph on a highway with fast paced traffic?

Should I buy this car?

Basically I'm looking to upgrade from my current car to something more reliable. My budget is $4000 and I came across a 2007 Civic Coupe LX(Manual Transmission) for $3500. It has 173k miles on it and that concerns me but I know it's a Honda and all. I ll mostly be using it to commute from college.
