How trustworthy are pick n pull cars?

I'm thinking about buying a Volvo or Honda from pick n pull and was wondering if a lot of people have come across problems with their car after they bought it from there. Of course I'll have it inspected first but I'd still like to know the chances of getting legitimate good car from there that I wouldn't have to do much to for awhile

2009 Honda Crv New Ac Compressor clutch not engaging

Here is my story. I have been having problems with my AC all summer. I was told I needed a new compressor and condenser. I purchased a spectro (made in China) compressor and condenser. The compressor was engaging on and off continuously and the car was vibrating so I had to return it after two months. I then bought a used Honda compressor and the clutch was skipping while spinning. Finally I surrendered and bought a NEW Honda compressor. The compressor does not come with coil and clutch assembly so I had to purchase them separately. I put them together as shown in the diagram, filled the compressor with 80ML of PAG 46 oil and installed the coil and clutch as shown. Today, I went to my mechanic to put Freon in the system, but the clutch was not engaging. It was not spinning at all. There's power going into the compressor and the compressor is working, just not the clutch. Could I have installed the clutch assembly incorrectly? Is there a certain procedure that I had to follow? The light on my cluster and over head light went out, i'm looking to replace them with LED lights but don't know what sizes of bulbs I need. Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
