How trustworthy are pick n pull cars?

I'm thinking about buying a Volvo or Honda from pick n pull and was wondering if a lot of people have come across problems with their car after they bought it from there. Of course I'll have it inspected first but I'd still like to know the chances of getting legitimate good car from there that I wouldn't have to do much to for awhile

How would my 4 banger SUV perform against these two cars?

I have a 2003 Honda Element awd ex model which is a 4 spd automatic. My question is compared to two cars, how would this SUV do against these two cars? So say the driver got into a high speed chase due to a road rage altercation with another driver driving one of these two cars? The cars I'm comparing my Honda to is a 1998 Nissan Altima gxe(automatic) And the 2006 Mazda 3i touring sedan(5 speed Manual) I'm aware the their are many variables that will contribute as to how well the car would perform but in this case I'm talking about how would these three cars compare with each other if they were new as when they first rolled off the factory. What's the cheapest and most affective way to boost the power of a 1998 honda accord?

Looking to get a little more power out of my 98 honda accord. By no means am I trying to make it a rice-rocket or any sort of streetracer, everything else is stock and will stay that way. Its just the passing power is so bad! Getting on the freeway takes almost all its got. I would really just like to get a little more out of it as cheap as possible and without doing any sort of extreme mods on it. I was thinking maybe a turbo? Any input is appreciated!
