AC only works when the fuse for the Radio located under the hood is removed. Any one know how to fix this?

I need help with my 2012 Honda Civic LX. The AC only works when I take out the fuse for the radio in the box located under he hood. And if I want the radio on I have to put the fuse back in but the ac doesn't blow out cold air. I drive for Uber and I'm sure passenger would like both when riding. Please help As soon as possible. Honda civic 07 plate Air Con problems?

I have an 07 plate Honda civic, I just had the air con recharge done today. The mechanic says there's no leaks and the gas is staying in but air won't blow cold. The engine is working as it should and the air is blowing but it's staying warm. Does anyone have any suggestions what it can be that's causing the air to stay warm. Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in?
