How would my 4 banger SUV perform against these two cars?

I have a 2003 Honda Element awd ex model which is a 4 spd automatic. My question is compared to two cars, how would this SUV do against these two cars? So say the driver got into a high speed chase due to a road rage altercation with another driver driving one of these two cars? The cars I'm comparing my Honda to is a 1998 Nissan Altima gxe(automatic) And the 2006 Mazda 3i touring sedan(5 speed Manual) I'm aware the their are many variables that will contribute as to how well the car would perform but in this case I'm talking about how would these three cars compare with each other if they were new as when they first rolled off the factory.
