Will the dealership test drive the car after changing the brake fluids?

I have a 2015 Honda CR-V. I'm taking my car to the dealership to get my car service. I know I should asked but have anyone had any issues with their car after getting the brake fluid change and will the dealership test drive the car to make sure the brakes is working okay?

What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
