Seat belt in car loose?

I have noticed recently that the seat belt in my 2006 Honda Civic is looser than before. I'm assuming it's like that because of normal wear and tear. I was wondering if there's anyway that can be reversed or possibly fixed. Thanks

I'm so confused about my car?

So the vin number says it's a 2008 Honda civic ex 4 Door sedan. The car has leather sterring wheel, seats, and heated seats and was sold to me as the ex-l sedan. The ex model in 2008 did not come with leather nor heated seats. Yet the DMV believes it's an ex. Am I missing something here?
