What is the squeaky noise on my 2009 honda rebel CMX 250 when I start the first time (it then goes away). What could this be?

I have a Honda Rebel CMX 250 and it makes a weird horn / belt slipping like noice only in the morning when the first try to start the engine. What could this be? Thanks!
