Do I get new tires and how many?

I have a 2006 Honda Civic with three tires I feel need to be replaced, but one that is still good on tread. The readings are 3/32, 3/32, 4/32, and 7/32. The less worn tire is newer, and by the manufacture date, appears to have been put on the vehicle right before I purchased the car used in 2013. The three lowest ones all have a leak that costs ~10 psi a week so I'm constantly having to fill them, and they are the worst tire I have ever used, thus I want to replace them. Is it recommended to replace all four tires to match, or just the three bad ones?

Also, if I were to consider selling the vehicle soon, should I even bother to replace the tires? Will it affect how much I can get for the vehicle if it has fresh tires rather than old tires? I don't exactly want to spend $500 on new tires if the vehicle can be sold for the same with or without new tires.

What are the disadvantage of the AWD 2018 Honda Civic Type R?

I'm thinking of buying a new car but it has to be fuel efficient, yet powerful. The Type R Civic caught my eyes all thanks to its all angular and sleek designs, DRL lights, modern engine technology and the use of a thinner grade oil that I assume will improve engine performance and fuel economy. I'm assuming it will have great fuel economy due to its turbocharged engine and the transmission mounted next to he engine, despite it being an all wheel drive. Honda Civic LX 1998. Should I keep or try to sell?

So I have a Honda Civic LX. She is 20 years old with about 70,200 miles on her. I bought the car from my grandma about two years ago with about 50,000 miles on her. My sister and I both learned how to drive on her. My grandma drove the car very little in its first 18 years. Since buying her, I Drive it daily to and from work, sometimes twice a day. I usually drive between 8-20miles a day, give or take some. Since buying her two years ago these are the repairs I have gotten done - new muffler - some new belts (not quite sure what they were called - new radiator and water pump - new timing belt (And possibly another thing or two, just can't think of it all) She is now making a rattle sound in certain rpms and a buzzing sound when accelerating. I'm going to take her a mechanic this week, but i'm guessing she needs a new exhaust system/catalytic converters. In your thoughts and opinions, should I spend the money to get her fixed? Are the new generation Honda Civics all that good?

I'm talking about the ones from 2017-2019 Everytime I got out on a drive I see maybe 10-15 Civics mostly black ones the LX or EX models. I even see a lot of Uber cars that are civics.
