Honda CRV - Rear windshield wiper is. Upside down?

Following some repair work on the rear of my 2016 Honda CRV, I discovered the shop that did the work seems to have made an oops…

Rather than the rear windshield wiper being on the left side and swiping up over the windshield, they did a 180 and its now on the right… And trying to wipe the car. :/

Unfortunately I'm heading out of state for three weeks on Monday and its Friday now… And i won't be getting off work until well after closing time for the shop, so I doubt I ll be able to get it to them before everyone goes home for the weekend…

Does anyone know if this is a simple fix I can do on my own, or do I have to go to a professional to have it resolved?

What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
