Honda Civic with problems

Worst first car buying experience ever. Didn't get it checked or anything first.

97 Honda Civic EX
I've now found out it has a blown head gasket and the transmission doesn't automatically shift. It works if i drive as manual but obviously means it needs replacing. I bought for $900 and can't fix both problems cause I've only got $500 to spend. What should i do?
Fix head gasket and try to sell? Is there places that scrap for more than $200? Any advice is appreciated

What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Any more answers i was checking out that video then checked and notice newer cars don't use the coolant anymore so what's the deal we have to go back to inferior coolant i've read it eats the seals in cars? Car Insurance for 16 year old?

I'm 16 and looking to get a drivers license. I have good grades in school. I'm looking to lease a 2017 Honda Civic LX. I'm probably gonna be under my parents on their insurance policy. Honda civic 07 plate Air Con problems?

I have an 07 plate Honda civic, I just had the air con recharge done today. The mechanic says there's no leaks and the gas is staying in but air won't blow cold. The engine is working as it should and the air is blowing but it's staying warm. Does anyone have any suggestions what it can be that's causing the air to stay warm. Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in?
