Honda civic 2000 headlight bulbs?

I have a Honda civic 2000. I recently bought need headlights cause mine were messed up. I was wondering if I put LED H4 bulbs in will they flicker or overheat? Also the new headlights are clear, what bulb do I need for turning signals that won't make the headlights ugly?

What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
