What are careers tbat are short on education and have potential to make good money?

I'm making $12.50 but in my job you can build Honda and Acura Transmissions. The starting pay is $15. We get dental and health insurance. Weekends, payed holidays and two weeks vacation and a 45 minute lunch. I like this job but is that a bad deal? Training usually takes around 1 year and a half. I live in Southern CA.

So I have a 2003 Honda Element awd 4 speed automatic. My car has been serviced and has been mechanically inspected. I just changed the oil 2 months ago. Trying to upgrade my car s sound system but don't know where to start?

I have a 2015 Honda Accord Base and I want to upgrade my sound system but I have no idea where to begin, I don't even know if I want/need an amp, sub, or just new speakers. I don't want anything to crazy expensive, is it possible to upgrade my sound for less than $500? Maybe even $400? Any kind of information or advice would help! Thanks!
