No money to pay for an at fault fender bender?

I'm a broke 17-year-old high school student. I recently was involved in a fender bender where I was at fault. The guy I hit was driving a brand new 2017 Honda Accord. I hit his bumper, leaving small dents but disordered the position of his bumper As well. He's in process of getting an estimate from a body shop I directed to. The car I was driving in, under my dads name was uninsured but we live in NH where it's not illegal to have an uninsured vehicle. I'm currently unemployed but plan on getting a job and have about $200 in my savings. I don't want my dad to worry about paying for me so I will work to pay off. Without having enough money to pay out of pocket up from, what should I do about payments? Is it possible to ask and pay monthly? Suggestions?

Honda civic 07 plate Air Con problems?

I have an 07 plate Honda civic, I just had the air con recharge done today. The mechanic says there's no leaks and the gas is staying in but air won't blow cold. The engine is working as it should and the air is blowing but it's staying warm. Does anyone have any suggestions what it can be that's causing the air to stay warm. Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in?
