Would you purchase a 2004 Honda pilot for $6,000.000 that has 216,000 miles on it?

I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well
