Might buy a 1993 Honda Accord. Should I buy it?

Seller is asking for $1,200. Kelley Blue Book values it at $1,087. Owner said the right front shock may need to be replaced soon. Needs an antenna for the radio. And the cable for the hood latch needs to get fixed. 166,000 miles on it. Is it worth it?

Fuel filter leaking after replacement?

I have a 1996 Honda Accord, the fuel filter was dirty so my boyfriend decided to change it. Now sometimes the gas sprays or leaks in the new filter also leaking from the washers as well. We used a flare wrench and tried tightening it for hours. Put the old fuel filter on and it still does it, and old washers and still does it. What could possibly be causing this? Ballpark cost for car fix?

I posted this earlier with inadequate information, so here we go again. It's a 1998 Honda Civic. I turned right out of my parking spot only for my car to drop on the right side and make a very ~expensive~ dragging noise. The ball joint is in pieces, the control arm is pulled from where it's supposed to be, and it seems the half-shaft has been pulled out of the transmission. Pilot jet unscrewed but stuck in carburetor?

I'm rejetting my 2006 Honda Crf250x and I'm having trouble getting the Pilot jet out. It turns freely with a flat head screwdriver and if I tip the carb upside down it will fall partly out, but I can't get it to come all the way out even if I pull on it with a pair of tweezers. I can't take the float bowl off at the moment because the previous owners has mangled the heads of the screws. Does anyone know what the jet could be catching on or have any suggestions? Hey Guys, So I'm looking to buy a 2017 Honda Civic in the LX Trim. I still battleling what color I should buy. Either Raylle Red W/ Blk interior or White Ochard Pearl W/ Ivory interior.
