A guy is trying to sell me a 2003 Honda metro 49cc for $1000. Is that a good deal?
The scooter itself looks decent with nothing missing.
I will only need this to ride around the city, nothing to major. I will go look at it sometime this week but I wanted to get someone else's thought into it

I'm so confused about my car?

So the vin number says it's a 2008 Honda civic ex 4 Door sedan. The car has leather sterring wheel, seats, and heated seats and was sold to me as the ex-l sedan. The ex model in 2008 did not come with leather nor heated seats. Yet the DMV believes it's an ex. Am I missing something here?
