Car sensors bugging out?

My car spent the last week on a car transport. That transport had two tires blow out on the side of a highway during transit.

When I got the car it looked fine on the outside. But now everytime I break down hill sensors go off. At one point my battery turned off. I turned off the engine and restarted it and it ran normal.

Can these sensor issues be due to the shock of the truck transporter tires blowing out?

I have a 2009 honda accord. Never had lights or sensor issues.

What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
