1998 honda accord ex 5 speed. Clutch fluid lines?

The fluid lines that come off the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder arent normal looking lines. They don't have a hex top that i can fit a wrench on but rather look like smooth or pressed in.

Any idea how to remove them?
