1995 Honda cbr 600 f3, changed headlight now nothing?

Hello everyone, i have a 1995 cbr 600 f3, i rode it yesterday with no problem and everything was fine. Today i decided to change my HID because the previous ones bulb blew after changing the kit, i turned the key and NOTHING, no lights on the cluster, no pump priming, nothing, what's wrong? I don't know. I have checked fuses batter terminals wiring that i know of i jist sont have a clue. Please help

I'm so confused about my car?

So the vin number says it's a 2008 Honda civic ex 4 Door sedan. The car has leather sterring wheel, seats, and heated seats and was sold to me as the ex-l sedan.
