Do leasing companies check your mileage every year or just st the end of the lease term?

I was thinking about leasing a new Honda, but they only want to give me 12,000 miles per year. Is that the kind of thing they check every year or can I get away with driving more one year, as long as I keep my mileage low the next year?

So I have a Honda Civic with a blown head gasket a mechanic confirmed with a chemical test. When I check the dipstick and the Oil cap I see no signs of coolant mixing with oil I even took the valve cover off and no signs of water whatsoever, although after the car warms up there's bubbles coming through the hose in the coolant reservoir. Not a lot maybe a bubble every 10 seconds. My question is can I still drive my car for another two weeks until I have time to fix it? Or am I risking messing up the engine? My 03 Honda Accord is having anti theft mode enabled. I can't seem to figure out how to reset it myself. I have tried everything i've read? - 1 Added (1). I have tried the key entry, turning it and holding it and pretty much everyway possible. I disconnected the battery numerous times and let it sit. It is factory alarm so there's no alarm box it is programmed with the car. ALSO; My car radio won't work due to this issue. I have replaced all fuses so it is not a fuse problem.
