2002 honda civic lx coolant spraying out of radiator cap?

Brought to midas they replaced every part that would cause overheating. Told them about this but fixed fan and coolant fan part, but didn't fix this problem. Any ideas why its spraying out?

I submitted my resume on friday evening now kts monday evening and no phone call. They say don't follow up bu phone call because the business might think youre too desperate which is not good. Car starting problem?

I have a 2001 Honda Civic and it runs great but just recently it won't start & I have to pump the gas to get it to start and if that doesn't work I get a jump from someone. The fuel pump has been changed the other day and so has the fuel pump relay switch. But I'm still having the same problem. It has 191k miles.
