Which motorcycle is best for me?

I was looking at bikes like the Honda VFR 800 or the Triumph Sprint ST but I want to know what you guys think. My dad goes on yearly bike trips and they do about 500 miles a day and I would like to go with him without having to quit after one day because I'm too sore. However, I want something with some speed, good handling and a sporty feel. I have a lot of experience riding and I'm comfortable with bikes over 1000cc. I ride a 1983 GL1100 right now but I'm looking for an upgrade. Thanks

Honda civic 07 plate Air Con problems?

I have an 07 plate Honda civic, I just had the air con recharge done today. The mechanic says there's no leaks and the gas is staying in but air won't blow cold. The engine is working as it should and the air is blowing but it's staying warm. Does anyone have any suggestions what it can be that's causing the air to stay warm. Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in?
