I have a 2005 Honda Civic LX and I'm having overheating issues

I have a 2005 Honda Civic LX and I'm having overheating issues. I replaced the thermostat today but that didn't fix it. When the A/C is on, both fans run. Any information how to fix this is welcome!

So I have a 2003 Honda Element awd 4 speed automatic. My car has been serviced and has been mechanically inspected. I just changed the oil 2 months ago. The thing is me and a co-worker of mine are planning do do a cross country trip from new Jersey all the way to San Diego, Cali. Trying to upgrade my car s sound system but don't know where to start?

I have a 2015 Honda Accord Base and I want to upgrade my sound system but I have no idea where to begin, I don't even know if I want/need an amp, sub, or just new speakers. I don't want anything to crazy expensive, is it possible to upgrade my sound for less than $500? Maybe even $400? Any kind of information or advice would help! Thanks!
