What size dirt bike is best fit for me?

I'm 14 and 5'5". I really want a dirt bike but not sure what size to get. I heard a Honda crf150f would be good, and I also head a Honda crf230x would be good for me. I'm not sure what size bike in ccs I should get. My friend says I should get a 185cc bike and I agree with him, but I can't find any bikes that are 185cc. I'm a little confused what I should pick. Please help!
